For selected projects, TBTaudio may participate as a production partner. The author/rights holder and TBTaudio participate 50/50 in the defined audiobook royalty/revenue base specified in the written agreement.
The rights holder retains ownership unless otherwise agreed; submission alone does not transfer ownership. TBTaudio reviews audiobook rights before production, with the author, agent, publisher or authorized representative participating according to who controls them.
